Animoulous pompoms!
Download and print it!
These pom-poms are just too cute! You can use them as key rings or simply as charms on your water bottle or school bag.
Materials :
• Wool, 4 different colours
• Ribbon, 2 different colours, approx. 0.5 mm wide
• Hooks
• Scissors
1. Download the shapes by clicking on the link, print them out on card, then cut them out. Then, for each pom-pom, cut 6 metres of each colour of wool: 12 metres in total per pom-pom. Cut each piece of wool into 1.5 metre pieces, which will make them easier to handle.
2. Place the circle with the notch above the circle with the animoulous. Then wrap the wool around the circle. You can alternate colours.
3. Once you've finished winding the 12 metres of rope, cut the wool, passing your scissors through the centre, between the 2 cardboard circles.
4. Then thread a piece of wool about 20 cm long through the centre, between the 2 cardboard circles. Then tie a double knot, pulling it tight.
5. Remove the cardboard circle with the notch. Then ruffle the wool to form a round, bushy ball.
6. Pass the ribbon through the small circle above the animoulous's head and attach your hook to it.
