Every day is different. It’s normal to have good days and sometimes not so good ones. For the next 4 weeks, fill out this calendar to discover the colours in your month.
How to do it
Every night, before you go to bed, think about the day that just ended. Choose the colour that matches it and colour in the box. After 4 weeks, look at the result. Is it mostly blue, purple or pink? Or is there a lot of red? Take some time to reflect and review your last month. You can also use this page to open a discussion with your parents or friends.
