At school, you probably have a boring diary to keep track of your homework and calendar. But why not create a positive diary for yourself at home? Choose your most beautiful Nebulous Stars notebook and get started with these inspiring ideas!
Wellness bingo
Determine between 12 and 15 activities that make you feel good. Then, every week or two, reproduce them in your inspiring journal. Each time you do one of these activities, color the associated box. Try to complete as many rows and columns as possible during the chosen period!
Wish box
Want to buy yourself an expensive gift? Do you almost automatically spend all the money you earn or receive? Write in your diary what you'd like to buy yourself and how much it costs. Then keep track of your progress, every time you manage to put a little money aside. This virtual piggy bank will help you keep your goal in mind !
Monthly review
Each month, take stock of the last few days. Write down the highlights, the good and the bad. Identify the goals you've achieved and what you'd like to achieve next month. Describe your best day. You can also track your emotions for each day of the month, using a color code: green for a good day, yellow for a not so good day, red for a really bad day, and so on. Have you been happy for most of the month, or have you been moping around a lot?
Cultural library
You never know what to read or what movie to watch? And yet, your friends and family have recommended several, but you always forget? Create your own virtual library! Indicate the books you'd like to devour one day, as well as the films and TV shows you'd like to see, and when you're done, color in the box or use another friendly code. You can even write down your impressions or give stars of satisfaction: five stars for an excellent book to recommend to your friends!
Tracking your habits
Every day, you can set yourself small wellness goals: drinking enough water, taking five minutes to stretch, tidying up your room, taking deep breaths, putting the phone away for at least an hour before going to bed, and so on. Write them down in your diary, and color in a box each time you do this habit. By keeping track of them, you'll tend to put them into practice more often!
